What we check
- Trade licence — the registration number and issuing country, checked against the relevant public registry
- Legal identity — that the trading name matches the registered entity
- Live website — reachable, current, and consistent with the legal name
- Reference — where provided, an industry reference the association may contact
What it is — and is not
Verification confirms that a company submitted business documentation and that the association reviewed it. It is a documentation check. It is not a guarantee, endorsement or warranty of any member's services, solvency or performance, and members are expected to carry out their own due diligence before contracting.
It cannot be bought
Verification is not a paid badge. Commercial partners have no influence over who receives it, and it is withdrawn if the underlying facts change or if a member breaches the association's standards.
What verified members receive
The verified mark appears on the member's profile and beside their name in search results. Verified members can also download their official credentials: a personalised Certificate of Membership, and a website seal to publish on their own site, in proposals and across their channels.
How to apply
- Join GGTA and complete your company profile
- Open your profile and choose Get GGTA Verified
- Submit your legal name, trade licence number and country, website and an optional reference
- The association reviews each application personally and notifies you either way
