Standards & ethics

What members commit to.

GGTA is a standards body as much as a network. Every member accepts this code as a condition of membership — it is what makes a GGTA connection worth more than a cold email.

The code

1. Honest representation

Members describe their business, capacity, credentials and rates accurately, and do not claim partnerships, accreditations or volumes they do not hold.

2. Confidentiality

Rates, itineraries and commercial terms shared through the platform are for the receiving member's own commercial use, and are not redistributed or published without permission.

3. Responsiveness

The network works when members reply. Members are expected to acknowledge marketplace proposals and direct messages within a reasonable time — even when the answer is no.

4. Fair dealing and client protection

Members do not poach a partner's clients introduced through the platform, undercut a fellow member mid-negotiation using information gained here, or disintermediate a partner who made an introduction in good faith.

5. Compliance

Members hold the licences, bonding and insurance their jurisdiction requires, and comply with applicable consumer-protection and data law.

Raising a concern

Suspected breaches can be reported in confidence to the association. Every report is reviewed, and the association may seek both sides' accounts before acting.

Sanctions

Depending on severity the association may issue a warning, suspend platform privileges, remove GGTA Verified status, or terminate membership. Serious findings may be shared with affected members.

Join the network

Membership starts free. The first 200 companies to join become founding members. 110 of 200 founding places are claimed.
